History –

Bader Burke & Company, Inc. (“the company”) under its current structure was incorporated in 1985. The company’s present ownership is held equally by two shareholders: William Burke and Timothy Crossen.

 

Operations –

The company’s core business is “turnkey” commercial & residential framing construction. The company builds 800 to 1000 units annually, qualifying as one of the larger residential “turnkey” contractors in the state of Colorado. Each of the members of the senior management team has over twenty-five years of framing and builder experience in residential construction. The two shareholders: Bill Burke and Tim Crossen, have both worked for major homebuilders in various positions. This experience provides Bader, Burke with an understanding of operational challenges from the homebuilder’s perspective enabling the company to meet the clients needs and provide more value to the overall construction process. The company’s estimating and CAD team provides for accurate material takeoffs, as well as, allowing for custom alterations and builder flexibility.

 

In addition to “turnkey framing”, the company has been highly successful at panelized wall systems. Current building requirements and the labor market lend themselves to panelized systems, providing uniformity and a more efficient construction schedule. Bader Burke & Company’s CAD and construction systems insure a more accurate building layout and provides for proper communication between the manufacturing and construction process. This allows the company to help builders meet aggressive schedules for fast track projects, while maintaining a higher degree of quality and consistency than typical “stick frame” production.

 

Bader Burke & Company provides full warranty and repair services for assistance in the final construction and one-year warranty process. These are services that some trade contractors may struggle with or are not equipped to deal with or provide. Bader Burke & Co. has qualified technicians who understand not only our customers perspective, but also the homeowner’s unique needs and requirements which facilitates more successful performance of warranty repairs.

 

In conjunction with the Bader Burke & Co. mission statement, field operations and management are the company’s highest commitments. Project Managers are assigned to each project establishing direct communication with the general contractor’s on-site personnel and the subcontractor performing the work. This provides a quick response to both the builder and/or the subcontractor, improving quality and insuring scheduled performance. To quote part of the company’s mission statement, “Satisfy our customers by achieving their objectives: Produce a product on time, with the highest degree of quality, at a price that is agreed upon”.
